Our general rates are $90 for 60 minutes, $105 for 75 minutes or $120 for 90 minutes.

Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of the muscle, connective tissue and fascia. The practitioner will use firm pressure and massage techniques such as muscle stripping, friction and trigger point therapy, flushing the tissues of lactic acid and other metabolic waste, releasing problem areas and helping to relieve chronic pain.
Hot Stone Massage
Heated, smooth stones are placed on the body to warm and loosen areas of tension and balance energy centers. The therapist may use the stones in their hands to apply soft pressure throughout the massage.
Pregnancy massage is used to promote relaxation, decrease swelling, improve circulation, reduce stress and relieve aches and pains that accompany pregnancy. The massage is customized to meet the expectant mother’s needs.
Restorative/Rehabilitative Sports Massage

Essential oils will be used on the body to affect the mood, alleviate fatigue, reduce anxiety and promote relaxation. Oils will vary with the needs of the individual.
